Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your product must meet the following conditions:

• Unopened and unused
• In original packaging with all seals intact
• Returned within 14 days of receipt
• Accompanied by your original order number

How to Return

Step 1: Email us at info@musclefresh.world with your order number and reason for return (optional).

Step 2: We'll provide you with a return shipping label.

Step 3: Pack your unopened product securely and affix the return shipping label.

Step 4: Drop your package at any post office or arrange courier pickup.

Step 5: We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping is provided free. We cover the cost of a return shipping label for your convenience.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method (the card or cash payment method used at delivery).

What About Opened or Used Products?

We cannot accept returns of opened or used products for health and safety reasons. However, if you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or exception refund at our discretion.

Damaged Products

If your package arrived damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll send you a replacement immediately at no cost.

Your Statutory Rights

This return policy is in addition to your statutory consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law and Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive). You have the right to reject goods that do not conform to the contract or which are faulty. In these cases, the 14-day return period may be extended.
